Why? It is the first Half-marathon I did and it is
in the City I live
Why do you run?:
I run to stay healthy, the body and the brain
I usually run:
Time of Day: In the morning
Days: 4 –6 times a week, almost every day, except one
day on the weekend
Avg. Training Pace: 8 – 8.30 per mile
Avg. Race Pace: 7.20 – 7.40 per mile
Favorite Training Route: around the campus
and along the Black Warrior

What is your Dream: That maybe one time our
whole family can run together, even races.
Comments: We are from Germany and staying
here for 2 years. I love to do the small races in and
around Tuscaloosa, and you are doing a wonderful
job to organize those races!!
