| This race is mostly flat, If it is not all flat. There might be a few bumps in the road. | |
| This race is rolling hills. Some are steep, some are not. But remember what goes up must come down. | |
| This race is all uphill. Changing the previous mentioned rule, this race starts at the bottom and races to the top. | |
| This race is all downhill. Should be a fast one! | |
| The terrain for this race is 100% on paved roads. | |
| The terrain for this race is 100% off-road. | |
| The terrain for this race is partly off-road and partly on a paved surface. | |
| The route for this race goes in a loop. It may be several loops or one loop. You may pass by the same place twice at some points but not a true out and back route. | |
| This is a true out and back route. You will pass every single point on the course twice. | |
| The race course starts and ends at completely different points. Not common but happens sometimes, mainly shorter races. | |
| This race does offer aid stations and/or medical assistance. | |
| This race has no aid stations and/or no medical assistance. There will be people and can and will help but nothing "official". | |
| This race offers door prizes and/or rewards to top finishers. Just that extra push to race stronger! | |
| This is the most common. This icon means we have limited information on a race. This will either happen with new races or when not much is given to us from the start. | |
This one should be easy. This image means this particular race is part of the TTC Grand Prix. |
